The mobile retail formats are rented out by lmc.communication GmbH, a service provider commissioned by Mercedes-AMG GmbH. The company’s general terms and conditions and terms of payment can be found here.

The invoice must be paid before the event. For the payment term, please refer to your invoice.
You can cancel up to 30 days before the event free of charge by notifying us by e-mail or telephone.
After 30 days, the following cancellation rules apply:
50% of the total costs for cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to the event
75% of the total costs for cancellation 14 to 8 days prior to the event
100% of the total costs for cancellation from 7 days prior to the event
We are happy to check the possibility of rebooking in individual cases. Please feel free to contact us.
The formats are quite flexible and can be used indoors and outdoors, e.g., at your AMG Performance Center, on race tracks or at city festivals.
You must provide the space for the AMG mobile retail formats. The corresponding space requirements can be found in the description of the respective format. Please note that a power supply is also required in some cases.
Of course! The more formats you deploy for your event, the greater the AMG brand presence and thus the experience for the customer.
The add-ons can be booked optionally. Depending on budget, area and number of participants, it makes sense to additionally book modules such as lighting or event support. The add-ons are your little helpers who will make your appearance even more glamorous.
The earlier, the more likely the desired formats are available – ideally at least six weeks prior to the event. However, we are also happy to provide everything possible in case of spontaneous bookings.
